| Description: CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING WORKS ON SUPPLY AND FIX BASIS AT NSSA KARIBA FISHERMAN'S REST LODGE: 1. Replace/ strengthen cantilever support members 2. Install a new treated decking 3. Repair/ replace wooden balustrade with steel type 4. Protective/ preservative/ finish applied to exposed timber 5. Carefully remove and dispose of old damaged , loose deteriorated thatch 6. Supply and install good-quality, properly dried and treated thatching grass on affected roof sections 7. Any issues incidental to the foregoing, to be determined and addressed on site |
