  1. Bidder’s Must submit one consolidated quotation covering both the recruitment of the Public Affairs Manager and for conducting 15 X Psychometric testing for Human Resources Business Partner shortlisted candidates
  1. Bidders must indicate VAT Position if a supplier charges VAT Price Charged must be inclusive of VAT and should clearly be indicated on a quoted.
  1. Bidders must not include the cost of advertising in their quotations, as the responsibility for advertising the position rests with the Procuring Entity.
