• Price in ZIG .. all cost elements must be indicated, i.e. unit price, VAT, total price, delivery, etc.no hidden variable costs will be accepted.                                     - Banking details
• Delivery lead time (this is of paramount importance)   -Validity period of quotation of not less than 7 days.
• Proof of registration with PRAZ                                   -  Valid tax clearance certificate for tender
• Valid vendor number                                                     
• Certified copy of incorporation    - Quote only Ex-stock
