Preparation of Bids

You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of

Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet in this Part;

2. the Statement of Requirements in Part 2;

3. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1)

of the Regulations;

4. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement

Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe.

5. A bid security and bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;

6. A copy of CR14 or CR6,

7. Certificate of Incorporation,

8. Company Profile,

9. Proof of registration with ZIMRA in the form of Tax Clearance ITF 263.

10. Copy of NSSA Clearance Certificate

11. The tenderers must submit at least 3 letters of trade reference where similar services

were provided within the past three (3) years on-behalf of local authorities of government institution.

12. Proof of Insurance liability cover

13. At least a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry

14. Bidders must provide proof of business insurance over the past 2 years.

15. The performance of the bidder will be supervised by CRDC.

Commission charged to CRDC on Gross Proceeds per item, % Commission charged to

Buyers per item on Gross Proceeds and Other additional costs if any
