| Project Name: Provision of Debt Recovery Services for a Period of 2 years |
| Description: The objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide debt recovery legal services to the City of Bulawayo. The primary objective of the service required is as follows: To ensure that debts owed to Council arising from defaulting ratepayers and any other debts which may accrue from time to time are recovered timeously N.B. An Appointed Law firm/s shall be the sole provider of the requested Debt Recovery Services. No joint Venture or sub-contracting of services will be allowed
