Your quote must include the following mandatory requirements

1. Price in US$. All cost elements must be indicated i.e., VAT on unit price and total price, delivery etc.
2. Delivery lead time (This is of paramount importance)
3. State bid validity (Not less than 30 days)
4. State Payment terms
5. Valid Proof of registration with the (PRAZ).
6. Current tax clearance certificate from Zimra
7. For fiscial tax invoice kindly include:

1. The law firm shall consist of at least two registered legal practitioners with current practicing certificates shall be attached.
2. The law firm should have registered legal practitioners with at least 10 years’ experience for the senior partner.
3. It is envisaged that the bidder will provide skilled and qualified manpower as per the submitted manpower profiles to carry out the legal services for Defold Mine (Pvt) Ltd.
4. The law firm shall consist of at least two registered legal practitioners with current practicing certificates which shall be attached.
5. A minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Laws degree for legal practitioners employed by the law firm shall be required.
