In accordance with section 28 of the Act, to be eligible to participate in public procurement and
to be qualified for the proposed contract, Bidders are required to meet the criteria described
below. They must provide any available documentation and certify their eligibility in the
Bidding Forms as per Section 3 of this BD.
1.4.1. To be eligible, Bidders must provide the following documents:
(i) PRAZ registration certificate in the relevant category.
(ii) Company profile showing line of business.
(iii) Certificate of incorporation.
(iv) CR14
(v) CR6
(vi) Valid tax clearance certificate.
(vii) Valid NSSA compliance certificate.
(viii) At least three (3) signed trade reference letters on the client letterhead for the satisfactory
supply and delivery of fuel.
(ix) Valid ZERA license.
(x) SPOC fee payment certificate.
(xi) VAT registration certificate
