Project Name: Employee Satisfaction Survey
Description:
PROVISION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES - EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY
1.Introduction
TIMB seeks to engage a consultancy firm or individual consultant to conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey. The aim is to assess employee engagement, motivation, job satisfaction, and overall workplace environment to enhance productivity and organizational growth.
2. Objectives The main objectives of this consultancy are:
To assess the overall job satisfaction level among employees.
To identify key factors influencing employee motivation and engagement.
To gather feedback on organizational culture, leadership, work-life balance, and career growth opportunities.
To provide actionable recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
Designing the survey methodology and tools.
Conducting focus group discussions and stakeholder consultations.
Administering the survey to all employees using online and/or physical means.
Analyzing survey data and generating a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations.
Presenting findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
4.Deliverables The consultant is expected to deliver the following:
Inception Report outlining the methodology, survey tools, and work plan.
Draft Employee Satisfaction Survey Report with key findings and preliminary recommendations.
Final Employee Satisfaction Survey Report incorporating feedback from management.
A presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations.
5. Timeline The consultancy is expected to be completed within three months.
6. Consultant’s Qualifications and Experience The consultant should possess the following qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and organizational assessments.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in statistical tools.
7. Application Process: Interested consultants should submit the following:
A technical proposal detailing the approach, methodology, and work plan.
A financial proposal with a breakdown of costs.
CVs of key personnel involved in the assignment.
References of similar work conducted.
8. Confidentiality: All data collected and reports produced under this consultancy will be treated as confidential and will remain the property of TIMB.
10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The consultant must adhere to all applicable labor and hiring regulations.
The recruitment process must be conducted with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
All candidate information must be handled with strict confidentiality.
Please note that the bidder with the highest mark will be selected, and in the event of a tie, the Consulting firm with the most experienced lead consultant in provision of employee engagement survey will be chosen.
