Bidders are mandated to fill in the detailed Specification sheet and submit the same with their quote. Quote must be in USD, and should be accompanied by requisite Documents. Kindly take note that this is Restricted to Authorised Toyata Dealers who are on an approved shortlist. Tender is valid for 7 days only. May you quote in  USD , and clearly state quote validity
(iii) Your quote must clearly state the Unit price including VAT at 15%, and the Total Value incl. VAT @ 15%
(iv) All costs that make up the total acquisition costs should be indicated separately as hidden costs will not be considered.
Please also include the following with your quote to expedite the payment process.
i) Cost of Vehicle Registration, including any additional specifications.
