4. Chlorine gas 
The liquid chlorine shall be supplied as a compressed gas in liquid form and shall contain not less than 99.5% pure chlorine.
The product shall be contained in cylinders that are reusable.
Each cylinder shall strictly hold approximately 72kg chlorine
The cylinder shall be designed to international standards.
The cylinder shall be concave crimped ends for good gripping
The cylinder shall be equipped with two valves and two actuators giving the option to
withdraw liquid of gaseous chlorine.
The cylinder shall be compatible with the dosing system at water station.
