A detailed indication of coverage (excesses, extensions, average conditions, limits of liability, warranties and territorial covers etc.) and exclusions (exceptions), must accompany the proposal.
Bidders are required to provide a comprehensive outline of the claims management services to be provided to ZSM
Bidders must specify the risk management services and other innovative services which they intend to provide to ZSM.
