ZimTrade requests for quotes for laptops with the following specifications:

Processor ultra7 or Core i7 Storage 512GB SSD RAM 16GB Screen Size 14 inch touch graphics medium include laptop backpack

Bidders to quote in USD. The expectation is for supply and delivery, where goods are to be inspected before receipt. 

BIDDERS MUST COMPLETE THE MANDATORY SPECIFICATIONS SHEET IN EXCEL FORMAT, WHICH CONSTITUTES THE EVALUATION PROCESS.

(iii) Your quote must clearly state the Unit price including VAT at 15%, and the Total Value incl. VAT @ 15%
(iv) All costs that make up the total acquisition costs should be indicated separately as hidden costs will not be considered.
Please also include the following with your quote to expedite the payment process.
i) Bank details to be on the Quote
ii) Quotations should be on company letterheads, complete with physical address, email, name of contact person and reachable contact numbers

iii) Quotes ust be of teh specified laptop, including backpacks
