Description:
i. Proof of copy of Certificate of Incorporation should be attached, ii. Proof of copy of CR6 form which clearly shows the Particulars of Directors and Secretaries / Principal Officer should be attached and CR5 form . iii. Have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions in Zimbabwe. iv. Bidders are required to attach a current copy of Tax Clearance Certificate, v. submission of a bank guarantee in the format specified. vi. Bidders are also required to attach proof of National Social Security Authority (NSSA) registration showing paid up contributions. vii.Not have a conflict of interest in relation to this procurement requirement; bidders are required to complete the attached declaration form on Conflict of Interest, “Annexure A”. viii. Three (3) refences on client's letter heads where bidder supplied CCTVs. |
