DATE&TIME : FRIDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2025 AT 10:00AM. AFTER SITE VISIT, QOUTE THE PRICES IN USD, PAYABLE IN ZWG AT PREVAILING INTERBANK RATE. ONLY BIDDERS THAT CAN DELIVER SHOULD QOUTE. THERE SHALL BE A PENALTY FEE OF 15% OF THE CONTRACT VALUE FOR THOSE WHO QOUTE AND FAIL TO DELIVER. THERE SHALL BE NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (INCREASE) THAN THE ONE YOU WOULD HAVE QOUTED.
