In view of the above The Ministry is kindly requesting your organization to provide a quotation on supply and delivery of the above 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TENDERERS
•    Be registered with the Procurement Regulation Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
•    Valid ZIMRA tax clearance 
•    Must have a vendor number
•     Payment will be made after delivery
•    Quotation should show the Total Acquisition Cost / Total Cost of Ownership 
•    Price to be quoted in USD$ PAYABLE at interbank prevailing rate
•    Site visit is compulsory for actual measurements. Date of site visit will be 07 March 2026 at 10:00hrs
