Preparation of Bids

You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet 
2. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations.
3. Valid Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe; in the following categories Communication Radios, Handsets, Cellular Mobile Phones, Facsmile Machines and Accessories
4. A signed copy of the bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
5. A copy of valid tax clearance certificate,
6. CR6, CR14 and certificate of incorporation
7. Value added Tax Certificate
8. Valid NSSA Certificate
9. At least 3 trade references one must be from the Public Sector.
10. NB Payment to be done in ZWG using RBZ interbank rate.
