Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles

You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet 
2. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations;
3. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the following category New light Motor Vehicles
4. A bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
5. A copy of valid tax clearance certificate,
6. CR6, CR14 and certificate of incorporation
7.  Bank statements for the past 3 months
8. Value added Tax Certificate
9. Valid NSSA Certificate
10. Manufacturer`s Authorisation/Dealership Authority
11. At least 3 trade reference Letters from previous customers in the Public Sector
12. Special Procurement Over Sight Committee (SPOC) receipt from Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe
