Provision of Statistical Software- Power BI Licences

Scope of Work

The organisation seeks to procure eight (8) Microsoft Power BI licences to integrate with the online Microsoft data collection forms and produce real time data collation and produce insights on submission status. The software will support integration with existing data sources and enable the organisation to improve efficiency in data processing, reporting, and dissemination of statistical outputs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Supplier should be an authorized reseller or distributor of Microsoft Power BI licences.
• Valid Tax clearance.
• Proof of NSSA registration.

Technical Requirement

• Two (8) Microsoft Power BI licences (Power BI Pro or equivalent).
• Licences must be valid for a period of 12 months.
• Compatibility with Microsoft Office and common data sources (Excel, SQL, CSV, etc.).
• Provision of technical support during the licence period.

Application Procedure

Interested parties should submit proposals in USD payable in ZWG at the prevailing bank rate. Deadline for submission is 20 March 2026 on the E-GP System https://egp.praz.org.zw/ at 16:00hrs.
