. PREPARATION OF BIDS (Please follow this order to prepare your bids)

You are requested to bid for the items described in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet in this Part;
2. the Statement of Requirements in Part 2;
3. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations; Company profile with List of Directors (CR14 Form) and Business Physical Address (CR6 Form);
4. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) in the relevant category;
5. A bid Security or bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
6. Valid Tax Certificate or proof of tax registration with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).
7. Social Security Contributions Clearance from National Social Security Authority (NSSA).
8. A copy of proof of membership to either the Security Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) or the Zimbabwe Indigenous National Security Association (ZINSA) or any other recognized Security Association.
9. A copy of proof of supplier registration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Zimbabwe.
10. Bidders shall be required to provide at least three (3) recent traceable reference letters and details of the contact persons. The stated references must clearly demonstrate the security firm’s capacity of having successfully completed similar work of the same scope and size.

NB-Failure to provide the above MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS shall lead to AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION after consideration of the historical documents rule, in line with Section 28(4) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations.
