Defold Mine would like to procure the following:

iv) Office furniture and ICT infrastructure
b). Kamitivi Tin Mine (KTM)
i) Tin processing plant and machinery (non-operational)
ii) Mine houses and infrastructure
iii) Historical inventory and stores
iv) Any other
c). Transminerals Pvt Ltd
Any other assets available
d) Recommendations
Mining titles and dormant assets must be reviewed for legal
validity, impairment indicators, and valuation basis.
1External valuation is recommended for high-value mining
infrastructure and geological assets to ensure fair value
compliance.
Subsidiary records should be updated to reflect dormant status
while maintaining asset accountability.
Requests
i) Perform asset valuation for KTM, i.e. Mine houses at KTM, Plant
and Equipment at KTM, and Bulawayo KTM house. Produce two
reports — one for 2025 USD$ and the other for 2025 ZiG.
ii) Valuation of Defold Mine company assets producing two
reports one for 2025 USD$ and the other for 2025 ZiG.
iii) Establish the value of exploration done at Todal mine and any
other available assets.
7. Conclusion

compliance with group reporting obligations. Your cooperation in
executing the outlined tasks within the proposed timeline is
