1.have the legal capacity to enter into contract;

2not be solvent, in receivership, bankrupt or being wound up, not have had business activities suspended and not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of these circumstances;

3have fulfilled their obligationd to pay taxes and social security contributions in Zimbabwe;

4not have a conflict of interest in relation to this procurement requirement;

5not be debarred from participation in public procurement under section 72 (6) of the Act and section 74(1) (c) (d) or (e) of the regulations or declared inelegible under section 99 of the Act

6have the nationality of an elegible country as specified in the Special conditions of the contact;
