1. INTRODUCTION
   TIMB seeks to procure a reliable, secure, and efficient satellite‑based vehicle tracking service to improve fleet visibility, enhance security, support operational efficiency, and ensure real‑time monitoring of a fleet of 54 Motor vehicles and 35 motor bikes.
2. SCOPE OF WORK

The service provider shall deliver the following;

• Supply & Installation

• Supply approved GPS/GNSS satellite-based tracking devices.
• Installation of devices in all designated vehicles.
• Testing and verification of tracking functionality.
• Device tamper alarms and power cut detection

• Tracking & Monitoring Platform

The solution must include a secure web-based and mobile-accessible platform with:

• Real-time vehicle location (map view with accuracy).
• Speed monitoring and speed violation alerts.
• Route history and playback.
• Geo‑fencing and automatic alerts when vehicles enter/exit zones.
• Ignition on/off status monitoring.
• Fuel monitoring (where applicable).
• Driver behavior analysis (harsh braking, acceleration, idling, etc.).
• Dashboard analytics and fleet performance indicators.

• Alerts & Notifications

• Over‑speeding
• Unauthorized movement
• Geo‑fence breaches
• Ignition on/off
• Power disconnection or tampering
• SOS/emergency alerts

• Reporting

• Trip summaries
• Daily/weekly/monthly fleet utilization
• Idle time and engine hours
• Fuel consumption reports (if available)
• Mileage reports
• Event logs and alerts history

*All reports must be downloadable in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats

• Training

The provider must conduct comprehensive training covering:

• System navigation and usage
• Report generation
• Alert configuration
• Basic troubleshooting
• Mobile app usage

• Support & Maintenance

• Offer 24/7 technical support.
• Provide device maintenance and replacement.
• Ensure system uptime of at least 98%.
• Provide updates and enhancements during the contract
