Preparation of Bids

You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet in this Part;
2. the Statement of Requirements in Part 2;
3. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations; Company profile with List of Directors (CR14 Form) and Business Physical Address (CR6 Form) CR5,Certificate of incorporation,
4. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe; GN004 NEW MOTORCYCLES
5. Valid NSSA compliance certificate
6. A bid security or bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
7. A copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate from ZIMRA
8. Value added Tax certificate
9. At least 3 trade references in the public sector inscribed on authentic letter head signed and stamped. The 3 letters to be attached on REFERENCE LETTER 1
10. Manufacturer`s Authorisation/Dealership Authority
11. Company profile
