2. Hosting Requirements

  • The solution must be hosted on infrastructure provided by a Tier 4 cloud provider
  • Infrastructure must ensure high reliability, scalability, and robust security

3. Connectivity Requirements

  • Dedicated 1 Gbps connectivity speed from TIMB's premises to the service provider's infrastructure
  • Guaranteed efficient data transmission and minimal latency
  • Seamless Automated Failover
    The DR solution shall provide a seamless, failover capability that requires minimal to no intervention from TIMB personnel, limited only to alerting the service provider to initiate the DR switch, while ensuring continuity of services and meeting the defined recovery objectives.

 

4. Hardware Provisioning

  • The service provider shall supply all additional networking devices required to facilitate the Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solution
  • Includes but not limited to: routers, switches, and any other necessary hardware

5.  Retention requirements.

  • Keep 10 last recovery points.
  • Keep one recovery point per day for 10 days.
  • Keep one recovery point per week for 4 weeks.
  • Keep one recovery point per month for 3 months.
  • Keep one recovery point per year for 2 years.

6. Configuration Services

  • Provision of full configuration services for all hardware, software, and networking components required for project kickoff.

Includes end-to-end setup, integration, and testing of the entire Disaster Recovery solution to ensure operational readiness from day one
