In view of the above The Ministry is kindly requesting your organization to provide a quotation on supply and delivery of the above
PLEASE NOTE: _ SITE VISIT WILL BE DONE ON THE 27 MAY 2026 AT 10;00AM At African Regional Labour Administration Centre (ARLAC) Opposite Muzinda Highway Along Bulawayo Road
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TENDERERS
• Be registered with the Procurement Regulation Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
• Valid ZIMRA tax clearance
• Must have a vendor number
• Payment will be made after delivery
• SITE VISIT is mandatory
• Quotation should show the Total Acquisition Cost / Total Cost of Ownership
• Price to be quoted in USD$ PAYABLE at interbank prevailing rate
