Preparation of Bids
You are requested to bid for the supply and delivery of Advanced light Microscopes specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:
the Bid Submission Sheet in Part 2;
the Statement of Requirements in Part 2;
a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 G (1) of the Regulations;
PRAZ Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe;
A bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
Copies of company documents, CR14, CR 6, Certificate of Incorporation and VAT Registration.
Clearly state payment terms that your bid is offering to the procuring Entity.
Bidders to provide a physical sample and technical manual documents on or before the 12th of September 2024.
Bidders with outstanding deliveries of works/goods are not encouraged to participate as they will not be considered.
