The Ministry official is requesting a quotation for the following items
Description and Destination Qty of goods to be Transported
Truck Hire to transport rice from
1. GMB Aspindale to Bulawayo, Mat North (Lupane) and South (Gwanda) 368mt of rice
2. GMB Aspindale to Midlands Gweru 109mt of rice
3. GMB Aspindale to Mutare 114mt of rice
4. GMB Aspindale to Masvingo 171mt of rice
5. GMB Aspindale to Mash west (Chinhoyi) 86mt of rice
Grand total tonnage 848mt
In view of the above The Ministry is kindly requesting your organization to provide a quotation for the service delivery of the above
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TENDERERS
• Be registered with the Procurement Regulation Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
• Valid ZIMRA tax clearance
• Must have a vendor number
• Payment will be made after delivery
• Quotation should show the Total Acquisition Cost / Total Cost of Ownership
• Price to be quoted in USD$ PAYABLE in ZWG at interbank prevailing rate
