Preparation of Bids

You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation:

1. the Bid Submission Sheet in this Part;
2. the Statement of Requirements in Part 2;
3. a copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations;
4. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe;
5. A bid security or bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part;
6. Valid Tax clearance
7. Registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the following categories Tools and Hardware GT 002 or Construction Materials(Aggregates, road marking materials,bitumen,reinforcing steel, meshwire, enzyme chemical road stabilizer etc..) GC007
8. At least 3 trade references in the public sector

10. CR14
11. Certificate of incorporation
