Verifiable certification as evidence that the vendor's engineers are certified by Schneider Electric to work on cooling systems
Certified UPS Engineers for Schneider Electric equipment
Verifiable certification as evidence that the vendor's engineers are certified by Schneider Electric to work on UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems
Partnership letter/certificate from Schneider Electric
Verifiable letter/certificate proving their status as an Elite Partner for Data Centres from Schneider Electric
2 reference letters
Reference letters from past clients who have received similar Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the past five years. These references should include details about the scope of services provided
