TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TENDERERS
• Be registered with the Procurement Regulation Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ)
• Valid ZIMRA tax clearance
• Must have a vendor number
• Payment will be made after delivery
• Quotation should show the Total Acquisition Cost / Total Cost of Ownership
• Price to be quoted in USD$ PAYABLE at interbank prevailing rate
• Site visit is mandatory. site visit at Bluehills probation hostel Senga Gweru at 10 am on the 3rd of July 2026
