Petrozim Line (Private) Limited] is in the business of transporting fuel from Feruka (Mutare) to Msasa (Harare)through the pipeline and for managing Msasa Fuel Storage tanks and handling equipment.

The Company wishes to engage consultancy services relating to site investigation, designing specifications of a low-cost effluent treatment technology post ‘’the gravity separator stage’’ for oil and grease in Petroleum effluent discharge at Msasa oil Terminal for Petrozim Line (Pvt) Ltd.

Petrozim Line (Private) Limited invites qualified and eligible firms (“Consultants”) to respond showing capability for

  1. Site investigation, designing to specifications of the proposed treatment technology.
  2. Supervision of the installation and commissioning of the designed treatment technology.

 

Interested Consultants should submit the following together with the letter expressing their interest:

 

  1. Copy of:
  • Proof of PRAZ Registration (Environmental Impact Assessment Services-(SE002) or

Waste Collection and Management (New)- (SW001)

  • CR14 form/ Official document showing lists and full names of Company Directors
  • CR 6 form/ Official document showing physical address of Business
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Valid tax clearance
  • Company profile
  • Current National Social Security Authority Certificate
  • Curriculum Vitae for technical personnel
  • Curriculum Vitae for other technical personnel

Short-listed Consultants will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals.

 

This opportunity is open to all Consultants who meet the criteria for eligibility as stated in Section 28 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Chapter 22:23) and who have the nationality of an eligible country as defined in Clause 1.10 of the General Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services.

A Consultant must submit only one expression of interest. The expression of interest must be submitted online Electronic Government Procurement system (eGP). https://egp.praz.org.zw/  not later than 10:00am (CAT) on the 6th of June 2024. Late expressions of interest will be rejected.
