  3. Please quote in USD$ and the payment shall be in ZIG$ currency
  4. Responses to this tender should be addressed to The District Medical Officer : Attention PMU and not to individuals
  5. Submission of the quotations/bids is strictly on PRAZ e-gps https://egp.praz.org.zw not on our hospital email
  6. Valid tax clearance
  7. Valid PRAZ registration
  8. Delivery period is within 7 days from date of Issuance of purchase order
  9. Award is based on (Least Cost Selection - LCS) on grand total who quoted all items.

The Ministry does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender.
