TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE (ESG) TRAINING

TIMB seeks a consultant to conduct training of the ESG management Committee on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. The goal is to enhance the Committee's understanding of ESG frameworks and their application within the organization. The Consultant is required to abide by the following terms of reference;

• Provide the committee with an overview of the key ESG Frameworks as well as its fundamentals.
• Have comprehensive training materials.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG consulting or related fields.
  • A detailed CV highlighting relevant consultancy experience as well as academic and professional qualifications.
• Proposed fee structure
• Proven track record of conducting training sessions for public entities on ESG.
  • 2 signed reference letters on letterhead from entities that were trained.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
  • Sample of ESG frameworks developed for other institutions before.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• A CV highlighting relevant academic qualifications.
  • Attach Sustainability related academic and/or professional certificates.

Familiarity with Tobacco Industry-specific ESG challenges and opportunities.
